Ein schwedischer Klient möchte gerne von mir die österreichischen Sachbezugsregelungen (Firmen-Pkw) auf Englisch erklärt bekommen. Wisst Ihr, ob es da etwas gibt, das mir hilft?

Bei mir ist der Sachbezug Kfz als Lohnart „car allowance“.

Zur Erklärung:

The car allowance is calculated with 1, 5 % of the price of the new car and unlimited private use.
Second hand cars are calculated also with 1,5 % of their new price. (Usually we take the original price as listed in the catalog in the year of first registration)
The max. amount is limited to € 600,00 monthly for for unlimited use,

It ist reduced to 0,75% if the employee uses the car for less than 6000 km per year. In this case the car allowane is calculated with the max. amount of € 300,- per month.
